Fee Descriptions
$15 per signature notarized
Fee per each notarized signature. Initials within a document do not incur a signature charge. $15 per signature for witnesses.
For example, a husband and wife are signing and notarizing a Power of Attorney. The total fee is $30, which is billed at (2)–$15 per notarized signature on the single document.
Convenience Fee
Convenience fee is a service charge to allow our notary to come to your specified location. If you cancel a confirmed appointment with less than 24 hours’ notice, a $25 cancellation fee will be automatically charged. Appointments not canceled at least 12 hours prior to the scheduled time and no-show are subject to full convenience fees, which are non-refundable after this period. Between your and our locations determines the convenience fee. The convenience fee is only charged one way and does not charge for round-trip travel.
Waiting and extra time Fee
All signers must be present with valid identification and documents in hand at the time of the notary appointment. After waiting for the allotted time for each scheduled appointment, we will charge a fee of $1 per minute. For example, the allotted time for an “Acknowledgment” notarization is 30 minutes per appointment, and every additional minutes beyond that will incur a fee of $1 per minute. healthcare facilities and jail/prison allotted time are 45 minutes. All general mobile notary allotted time is 30 minutes.
Returned Check Fee

Courier Services
$30 for dropping off documents at UPS/ FedEx/ USPS location Clients are responsible for shipping fee.
Copy and Printing

Healthcare Facilities
Assisted Living, Nursing Homes, Hospitals, and Senior Care Homes will incur additional convenience fee of $30 per appointment. This pays for the extra time of finding parking, building, and the room where the signer locates. Please be aware to have all current and valid identifications and documents in hand at the time of notary appointment. Any extra waiting time there will be a charge. Please see “waiting and extra time fee.” All of the required “witnesses” must be present at the time of signing.
Jail / Prison Facilities
The initial $125 fee includes $110 convenience fee, 1 signatures, and 45 minutes of signing time. The $110 convenience fee covers a one-way trip of up to 15 miles, as well as the time needed for finding parking, the building, security check, and the room where the signing takes place. Please ensure that you have all valid and current identifications and documents in hand at the time of the notary appointment. Any additional waiting time will incur a charge; please refer to the “Waiting and Extra Times Fee” section for details. All required witnesses must be present at the time of signing. If, for any reason, the signing cannot be conducted and must be rescheduled, the convenience fee will not be refunded; please see the “Convenience Fee” guideline for more information. For any signatures beyond the included 1st signature, an additional charge of $15 per signature will apply.
